The elegance of Mercurey, polished by the southeastern sunlight

This Mercurey is a solid wine grown on a southeast-facing slope in deep clay-limestone soil and from 40-year-old vines. Its ruby-colored appearance is characterized by aromas of forest strawberries and wild mint, and its fine tannins and lingering spices enhance the flavor of any dish. This wine combines power and elegance, making it a perfect match for stews and grilled meats.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Beautiful ruby colour in appearance.

A highly expressive, natural fragrance emerges, blending forest strawberries and wild mint.

The first impression is seriousness, with a delicate texture that feels like touching fine wood grain.

When exposed to air, it takes on a sunnier appearance, with a spicy finish that dominates the palate with its straightforward character.

This wine has a muscular appearance, yet combines elegance, strength and power.

Pairing
Stews, grilled meats, charcuterie
