PMG stands for "Pour Ma Gueule" (for myself), but contrary to its name, this wine is considered one of the Domaine's most prestigious. After two years of barrel aging, the palate is supple, with a lively attack and a flavorful medium body. The tannins are soft and persistent.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
A wild aroma with hints of spices, forest floor and tobacco leaves. The aroma of jammy, concentrated black fruits.
The aroma of cassis and griotte cherry spreads across the palate. The mouthfeel is rich and full-bodied, with a surprisingly long finish.

Herb grilled lamb chops, roast duck with berry sauce, braised Iberian pork

Technical Data

Cultivation
Located in the Aniane terroir, the vineyards are made of clay-limestone soil dotted with small pebbles.

Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and then vinified using traditional methods.
Aged in barrels for 24 months. A small amount of sulfite is added at bottling.
