NOOH BY CHÂTEAU LA COSTE
Consummate elegance: non-alcoholic wine for the gastronome
NOOH is not a stand-in for wine. It is a glass chosen deliberately, by people with an eye for beauty — a new pleasure that elevates the food and the moment.

About NOOH
NOOH is the non-alcoholic wine of Château la Coste, an estate that has been writing its history since 1682. It was born of the château’s winemaking expertise and three years of research and development.
It is a new form of wine for everyone — not only for those who cannot drink, but for anyone who simply chooses not to.
Made from the estate’s organic wines, the four cuvées — sparkling and still, in rosé and in white — are each light and pure, with just 3.5g of residual sugar and a fine, graceful finish.
To protect the flavour of the wine while drawing out its volume, the alcohol is extracted with great care by vacuum distillation at a low 35–40°C, sealing the delicate aromatics into the bottle intact.
The wine’s own aromas come together in a rounded, fruity, gastronomic palate — a small surprise, immediately welcoming, and a lift to any occasion.

Château la Coste, where history, art and architecture meet
Château la Coste has been part of the history of Provence since 1682. Lying between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon Regional Nature Park, the 200-hectare estate — 130 hectares of it under vine — is a place where wine, art and architecture live side by side.
Its collection of buildings by celebrated names, Tadao Ando among them, and its year-round programme of events draw some 350,000 art lovers to the domaine from around the world each year.
Its farming and viticulture are shaped by traditions reaching back to Roman times, and its winemaking has been certified organic since 2009.
The NOOH range is made from the estate’s organic wines, foremost among them its signature cuvée, Rosé d’une nuit.
NOOH could only have come from Château la Coste, where the elegance of art, of winemaking and of the table all converge — a new expression of wine, with something to move everyone.
