It displays the perfect balance of richness, freshness, fruit and minerality.
A dense, energetic and large-scale dry Chenin Blanc with ripe flavours, lively tension and mouthwatering texture.

Technical Data

The juice is extracted using an air-operated press, left to settle for 30 hours, then moved to the cellar by gravity. Fermentation proceeds very slowly in the barrels, with no yeast or sugar added.
No malolactic fermentation is performed, and the wine is aged for one year in barrels (1/4 new, 1/4 once-used, 1/4 twice-used, 1/4 three times-used). During aging, the wine is racked only once.
The following autumn it is lightly filtered and bottled.
