Vinos de Madrid - Garnacha 2018

Parajes de los Vidrios is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. The combination of the wisdom of Miguel Santiago (5th generation of winegrowers in the region) in the vineyard, the oenological knowledge of Manuel Manzaneque and the commercial experience of Aseuniv, constitutes this great project of creating fine and elegant Madrid wines. In the cellar, they work with the greatest consideration for the raw material, thus seeking honest wines that reflect their origin and the identity of the terroir. The vineyard is located between 800 and 920 meters above sea level, with Garnacha and Albillo plants aged 60 to 100 years, and poor soils (sandy and granite) are plowed on horseback. Ecological and biodynamic viticulture is done with total respect for the environment and natural materials such as sulfur and copper are used.
