The soil is sandy and mixed with round pebbles. Traditional vinification in concrete tanks for one month. Aged in demi-muid for 12 months. Intense aroma with hints of cherry and toast. The taste is solid and concentrated, with relatively pronounced tannins. The finish is rich in tannins and concentrated.

Tasting Notes
Dark reddish-purple. Smoky and spicy aromas are added to the aroma of black and red fruit jam. In the mouth, the tannins are firm but moderately relaxed. The finish is refreshing with fruit and spice notes. A wine suitable for aging.
