Production

Cultivation
This wine comes from a small plot in the magnificent Vernon terroir, located at the southern entrance to the village of Condrieu. The old vines are planted facing south, at a high density of 9,000 vines per hectare, and are managed using a single-stake system.
Terroir: Granitic, sandy, shallow soil

Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in barrels. After pressing, the juice is clarified.
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures proceeds slowly and malolactic fermentation is complete.
Aging: Aged for 18 months in 100% new oak barrels.
