The grapes were purchased from a 0.58ha vineyard, with a production of approximately 3,000 bottles. Pale golden in color. Aromas of white peach, apricot, pear, white flowers, vanilla, and hazelnut can be felt. The taste is dry with just the right amount of acidity. Medium-bodied with aromas of white peach, lemon peel, pear, pastry, vanilla, and bitter almond.

Technical Data

The grapes were purchased from a 0.58 hectare vineyard, producing approximately 3,000 bottles. The plot is located on an east-facing slope at the entrance to the Auxey-Duresses valley. The wine was soft-pressed with air pressure and fermented at a controlled temperature. It then underwent malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, with 30% new oak barrels used for 12 months of ageing.
