This cuvée is expertly crafted, with 24 months of barrel aging and five years in the bottle. It is powerful, spicy, and refined. Technical Data

Grown according to organic and biodynamic principles (not certified). Traditional vinification using wild yeasts, avoiding excessive extraction. Harvested grapes are processed without crushing as much as possible. Aged 24 months in barrels, followed by 5 years in bottle. Unfiltered, with a light addition of sulfites at bottling.
