A rare cuvée made from an ancient blend of white grape varieties: Liberanque Blanc, Grenache Gris and Clairette du Languedoc. The Liberanque Blanc brings freshness, the Clairette fruitiness, and the Grenache Gris weightiness, strengthening the structure of the wine. A wine full of freshness and vitality.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of flowers, licorice, and white fruit (green apple). Apple, white pepper, and a hint of smoky flavors spread across the palate. A delicate and pure wine. You can also taste the saltiness. The low alcohol content and bitter aftertaste make this a refreshing drink.
