リベランク・ブラン、グルナッシュ・グリ、クレレット・デュ・ラングドック。ラングドックの古代品種を等分にブレンドした希少なキュヴェです。リベランク・ブランがフレッシュさを、クレレットがフルーティーさを、グルナッシュ・グリが太さを与え、骨格を支えます。花や甘草、青りんごの香りに、りんごやホワイトペッパー、ほのかなスモーキーさ。塩気を帯びた繊細な味わいで、低めのアルコールとビターな後口が爽快です。

Tasting note

Aromas of flowers, licorice, and white fruit (green apple). Apple, white pepper, and a hint of smoky flavors spread across the palate. A delicate and pure wine. You can also taste the saltiness. The low alcohol content and bitter aftertaste make this a refreshing drink.
