Tasting Notes
Pale golden in color. Upon tipping the glass, aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, and white peach emerge, followed by lemon peel, green apple, and mineral notes of chalk and flint. Over time, honey, almond, and a subtle hint of smoke are added, creating a complex layered finish.

The palate is backbone-filled with firm acidity, showcasing the tension and supple energy of a cool vintage. The fruit is delicate yet concentrated, with citrus and white peach blended with salty minerals. The gradual aging of the magnum gives it a rounded, deep flavor, and the finish is marked by a lingering aroma of powdery lime and lemongrass.
