Tasting notes
A refined color with a hint of purple. An elegant aroma with lively flavors of dark fruit and hints of spice. It has a well-defined balance and beautifully elegant tannins. The finish is soft and velvety, with a dense and long-lasting quality, accompanied by the scent of well-integrated oak.

Production

Continuing the techniques used in recent years, such as planting grass in alternate rows, selecting plots, manual leaf removal, green harvesting, and sorting of the harvest in the vineyard and cellar, we refine our wines. The vineyards are managed according to sustainable agricultural practices.

Château Moulin Bellegrave

Antoine Mabileau, heir to a winegrowing family from the Loire Valley, present in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, took over this property in the south of Saint-Emilion in 2012 with the project of engaging in viticulture that is more respectful of the soil and as natural as possible. In 2019, the 16 hectares in the Saint Emilion Grand Cru appellation will be converted to organic farming.
