Golden brilliance due to long-term aging.

A rich aroma with layers of apricot confit, quince, honey, nougat, freshly baked brioche, hazelnuts and truffle nuances.

The foam is extremely delicate and creamy.

Concentrated fruitiness and the umami flavor of aging spread throughout the mouth, while salty minerals and long-lasting acidity beautifully tighten the overall flavor.

The finish is very long, with subtle hints of smoke and spice, giving it the air of a great aged champagne.
