This vineyard, with over 80 years of history, produces a wine that, after 18 months of aging, expresses the diverse aromas of Red fruits characteristic of Bobal, along with notes of baby powder, chalk, and subtle mineral nuances, all accompanied by a faint touch of wood. It is complex, but everything is perfectly balanced, like an inspiRed landscape, reflecting the uniqueness of the clay-limestone soil.

This project arises as a result of the passion for the world of wine of Micaela Rubio and her husband Aurelio García, both oenologists with a great background both in national wineries and in wine projects outside our borders. One day they decided to create their own project based on working indigenous varieties from cool areas to produce balanced wines, with character, authentic and of great singularity.
