80年以上の歴史を持つブドウ園のボバル100%を、18か月熟成させたキュヴェ。チェリーやフランボワーズ、黒スグリといった赤と黒の果実のアロマに、スミレやリコリスのフローラルなニュアンスが加わります。ベビーパウダーやチョーク、ほのかなミネラル感、かすかな木の香りも。粘土質石灰土壌の複雑さが、樽由来の優しい香りとともにビロードのような口当たりに収まります。
