Tasting Notes
The aroma is very pure and wonderful, reminiscent of citrus fruits and ginger confit, and is elegant with spicy and slightly sweet notes of biscuits, candied citrus fruits, pear tatin, hawthorn and gingerbread.

The rich, acidic, and powerful flavor is brought about by the ripeness of the fruit and the strength of the aroma. The iodine and smoky aromas are prominent. The aftertaste is refreshing with a hint of acidity.
