This is Xavier's masterpiece, a cherished vineyard renowned for its passion for Cinsault. The cuvée is named after the Lieu-dit, a secluded plot nestled in a quiet forest. It has undergone extensive aging and is released at an older vintage than the other cuvées. Its complex and completely captivating finish offers nuances of red fruit, fennel, and thyme. Its excellent tannins, focused structure, and stunning purity finish.

Cultivation
Cobblestone and clay-limestone soil.
A secluded plot of land in a quiet location surrounded by forest.
Grown according to organic and biodynamic farming principles.

Vinification
The wine is made using traditional methods, using natural yeasts and avoiding excessive extraction. The harvest is as gentle as possible and the wine is aged in barriques for 24 months. It is then unfiltered and bottled with minimal SO2.
