Domaine Amiot-Servelle, a leading biodynamic producer in Chambolle-Musigny. They converted to organic farming in 2003 and received certification in 2008, with the family continuing their research, including studying with soil microbiology experts the Bourguignon couple. The Premier Cru vineyard "Derrière la Grange" is a rare plot hidden behind the famous Amoureuses and Charmes vineyards, producing grapes from vines aged 15 to 70 years. The 2010 vintage is highly regarded for its excellent balance of structure and fruitiness.

Tasting Notes

With over 15 years of aging, the color is ruby at the center with a slightly amber rim. The aroma offers ripe sweetness of red fruits, layered with gentle aged notes of leather, sous-bois, and dried flowers, revealing complex depth. On the palate, tannins are smoothly integrated, and the silky texture characteristic of Chambolle harmonizes with elegant acidity. The finish is gracefully long, indicating that it is perfectly ready to drink.

Cultivation & Vinification

• In 1975, Christian Amiot married Elisabeth Servelle and began working in his father-in-law's vineyard.
• After his father-in-law's death in 1989, the domaine was renamed Domaine Amiot-Servelle.
