エルミタージュの丘を知り尽くす名門シャーヴ、複数区画の調和が生む白
ドメーヌ・ジャン・ルイ・シャーヴは、何世代にもわたりエルミタージュの丘でブドウを育ててきた北ローヌ屈指の名門です。白はペレア、レ・ロクール、レルミットなど、花崗岩、石灰岩、粘土といった異なる土壌を持つ区画の古木のマルサンヌとルーサンヌから造られ、区画ごとに醸造したのちにブレンドされます。それぞれの区画の個性を重ね合わせることで、丘全体の表情を映し出す一本です。2018年は温暖で豊かな果実味に恵まれた年です。
テイスティングコメント
淡い黄金色。白い花やスイカズラ、マルメロ、白桃、トーストしたアーモンド、柑橘の皮の香りが重層的に広がります。口中はリッチでテクスチャーに富み、ジンジャーを思わせるスパイス感と、塩味を帯びたミネラルが長い余韻を描きます。
飲み頃
すでに豊かな魅力を見せていますが、本格的な飲み頃はこれからで、長期の熟成も期待できます。若いうちはデキャンタージュで空気に触れさせると、香りがより開きます。供出温度は12〜14℃が目安です。

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
