The grapes are hand-picked and transported in crates. They are slowly pressed at low temperatures using wild yeast. Partial malolactic fermentation is then carried out. Aged for 11 months in stainless steel tanks. Concentrated, lively, and well-balanced, this Chenin Blanc is perfect for gourmands, with a wintery feel.
