Cultivation
Located in the areas known as la Terrasse and les Graves, the soil is gravelly and clayey calcium.
Grown according to organic and biodynamic farming principles.


brewing
The wine is made using traditional methods, using natural yeasts and avoiding excessive extraction. The harvest is as gentle as possible and the wine is aged in barriques for 12 months. It is then preserved, unfiltered, with minimal SO2.

La Terrasse d'Elise

The estate was created in 1998. Located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. Xavier Braujou started with a half an hectare of vines and has increased his domaine to 14Ha.
