1995 was an excellent vintage for the Left Bank of Bordeaux, particularly for Pauillac, where the Cabernet Sauvignon achieved exceptional ripeness, highly regarded for its classic and long-lived style. Now, having matured, it is entering a period where the traditional charms of Pauillac are beautifully expressed, showcasing notes of cassis, cedar, cigar box, graphite, and earthiness.
