Collection: Parajes de los Vidrios

Parajes de los Vidrios is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos mountain range. This great project combines the vineyard experience of Miguel Santiago, a fifth-generation wine grower in the region, the oenological knowledge of Manuel Manzanéque and the commercial experience of Aseunive Grandes Vinos, to create fine, elegant Madrid wines with soul.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 800-920 metres and are planted with Garnacha and Albillo vines, aged 60-100 years, on poor sandy and granite soils, which are plowed by horses. We cultivate our grapes using biodynamic farming methods and use only natural ingredients, including sulfur and copper, in order to respect the environment. In the cellar, we also pay the utmost attention to the raw materials we use, striving to create honest wines that reflect the identity of the terroir.
