【A Petit Chablis That Transcends Chablis】
Domaine L&C Poitout was founded when Catherine and Louis, childhood friends born and raised in Chablis, married in 1994. After living in Alsace and Paris, they ultimately returned in 2003 to Chablis—their destined homeland—where they established the estate.
Since then, supported by 26 hectares of vineyards, a cellar, and above all a passionate team, they have been offering a truly unique world to lovers of Chablis and Burgundy wines.

Their viticulture is carried out with care, reflection, and environmentally beneficial methods. Not only the vines, but also the local flora and fauna are protected under their stewardship. To them, the vine is a living being—one they observe closely, nurture with respect, and with which they have built a genuine dialogue.
The distinctive character of L&C Poitout’s terroirs and the finesse of their winemaking are expressed through meticulous, nature-focused vineyard practices and parcel-by-parcel vinification, giving rise to a diverse and expressive range of wines.
