3-1 Clear indication of advertising (Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations / stealth marketing regulations)
- Posts and articles containing affiliate links must carry a disclosure such as "advertisement", "PR" or "promotion" that allows general consumers to clearly identify the content as advertising.
- Such disclosure must be placed where consumers will notice it first, such as at the beginning of the article or within the first view, in a legible size and colour.
- Methods such as burying the disclosure among numerous hashtags, using extremely small text or a colour that blends into the background, or displaying it in a video for only an imperceptibly short time are not permitted.

Category Rate Standard products 8% of the product price Wines from the Bordeaux region (all Bordeaux, including BORDEAUX GRANDS CRUS) 3% of the product price Secret Cellar collections (France / Italy / Spain / Australia / Professional) 3% of the product price -
The "product price" used as the basis for calculating commission is the product price after discounts and does not include consumption tax or shipping charges.
- Attribution of conversions follows the last-click model. A purchase concluded within 30 days of a click on an affiliate link is treated as that Partner's conversion.
- Where clicks via the links of multiple Partners are recorded for the same purchase, the conversion is attributed to the Partner whose link was clicked last.
- Where an eligible product falls under more than one category, the lower rate applies.
- The Company may change the rates and calculation methods set out in this Article. Changes will be notified by a method prescribed by the Company and will apply from the date specified in the notice.
Article 6 (Approval and Invalidation of Conversions)
- Conversions are approved once the Company has confirmed that shipping has been completed and that the return and cancellation period has elapsed.
- The following conversions are invalid and no commission arises.
- Where the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or remains unpaid
- Where the traffic came via a publication that violates Article 3 or Article 4
- Where the Company determines that self-affiliation or another improper act has occurred
- Where the traffic came via paid advertising such as search-linked advertising
- Where the order is a duplicate order, a test order, or any other order without substance
- Even for an approved conversion, if any of the grounds in the preceding paragraph subsequently come to light, the Company may cancel the commission concerned and demand the return of any amounts already paid.
Article 7 (Payment)
- When the cumulative amount of approved commission reaches ¥5,000, payment will be transferred to the bank account registered by the Partner by the last day of the month following the month in question.
- Transfer fees are borne by the Company.
- Where the commission amount is less than ¥5,000, it is carried forward until the month in which it reaches ¥5,000.

Article 10 (Suspension and Termination of Registration)
- Where a Partner violates these Terms, or where the Company determines that the Partner is unsuitable for the operation of the Programme, the Company may suspend or terminate the registration without prior notice.

- Partners may terminate their registration at any time by a method prescribed by the Company.
