バスク地方で味わったチャコリの記憶から生まれた、ピクプール100%の微発泡ワインです。フレッシュさを保つため、あえてやや熟度の低い段階で収穫し、低温で醸造して瓶詰め時に軽く発泡させています。シルバーの輝きを帯びた明るい色調。レモンの花や柚子の皮、マンダリン、砂糖漬けの生姜を思わせる陽気な香り。塩気の残る後味ときめ細かな泡が心地よく、10〜12度に冷やしてアペリティフに。
