Saint-Joseph Rue des Poissonniers Paris 18ème 2023 Domaine Julien Pilon

Saint-Joseph - Rue des poissonniers, Paris XVIII 2023

A deep ruby red, the aroma features rich black fruits such as blackberry and cassis, with spices and a hint of minerality reminiscent of pencil lead. On the palate, the rich fruitiness and firm acidity are in harmony, and the smooth tannins linger on the finish. The subtle vanilla and roasted aromas from barrel aging tighten the overall flavor, resulting in an elegant and balanced finish.
