南仏の陽光を浴びたぶどうを丁寧に醸し、低温真空蒸留でアルコールをやさしく取り除いたスパークリングロゼ。グルナッシュとサンソーから生まれる淡い色合いに、白い果実のアロマとほのかな柑橘のニュアンスが重なります。まろやかさと繊細さのバランスが心地よく、きめ細やかな泡が静かに立ち上がり、ノンアルコールとは思えない奥行きを描きます。グリルしたエビやトマトサラダとともに、食前酒や乾杯の一杯に。
