バローロには珍しい、繊細と優雅。
セッラ・デイ・トゥルキとサンタ・マリア、2つの区画から生まれるラ・モッラ。区画ごとに圧搾・発酵させ、12日間のマセレーションを経て、35hLの木樽で26か月熟成させています。ラズベリーや赤スグリの熟した果実に、淡いバイオレットやバラ、ハイビスカスや茶葉の香りが重なります。骨のように乾いた味わいで、タンニンは心地よく、ブラックオリーブや焦がしカラメル、リコリスの風味が続きます。

Tasting note
The richness of the fruit and flowers is apparent, with red ripe fruits such as raspberry and red currant, pale violet and rose aromas, hibiscus and tea leaf notes, and a bone-dry palate with pleasant tannins, black olive paste, slightly burnt caramel and licorice flavors.
