ガリアルド家にとって長年の夢が実を結んだティモラッソ。標高400メートルの畑で育ち、ステンレスタンクで発酵させたのち、10か月間澱とともに熟成させます。美しく輝く麦わら色のグラスから、サンザシや白桃、グーズベリーの生き生きとした香りが立ちのぼります。口に含むととてもフレッシュで、豊かな香りと深み、ミネラル感のあるフィニッシュが印象的。野菜の前菜や白身肉、魚料理とご一緒に。
