Côtes du Jura - Cuvée Tradition

Tasting note

A beautifully clear color with a pale yellow hue and a golden shimmer. The color intensity is modest, with a flowing transparency. The first impression is a complex and aromatic fragrance reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, spices, flowers, and a hint of saltiness. As it breathes, notes of green apple, lemon juice, and its zest become more pronounced. Further layers of curry and grey pepper spice, a bouquet of white flowers, walnut, hazelnut, almond, and a subtle saltiness emerge. The attack is fresh, maintaining a crispness on the palate while gradually evolving into a rounder texture. The aromas perceived on the nose unfold in the mouth, revealing a rich umami flavor. The finish is fresh, with a subtle roundness and a pleasant bitterness.
