Irancy 2023 Maison de la Chapelle

Irancy 2023

Tasting note

A clear ruby red with pure fruit notes of red cherry and griotte, layered with aromas of violet, dried herbs, black tea and a touch of spice. The delicate tannins derived from the whole bunch create long, thin lines, while the core of the wine's smooth acidity leads to a lingering finish with a cool sensation. The oak aroma is subtle, with minerals supporting the structure for a refined style. A refined Irancy that expresses the elegance of the terroir.

Food pairing

Roasted duck breast and sautéed veal loin Coq au Vin (Burgundy-style red wine stew)
