Tasting note

It has a clear ruby color and a youthful glow. The gorgeous floral notes of rose and peony emerge, along with the fresh aroma of red fruits (raspberry and cherry), along with delicate earthy nuances and spices. The palate is light and well-balanced between fruit and acidity. The tannins are smooth and the minerality tightens the overall flavor. The aftertaste leaves a subtle hint of saltiness and spice, giving it an elegant impression.
