18年待って、ようやく叶ったピノ。

白のレ・ジェニエヴリエールと同じ畑から生まれる赤。ぶどうの木が十分に成熟するまで18年を待ち、2009年に初めてリリースされたキュヴェです。このテロワールでピノ・ノワールを育てるのは難しく、理解に長い年月を要しました。2020年はラズベリーやプラム、スミレ、甘草の香りが豊かで、ミディアムからフルボディ。しなやかなタンニンと生き生きとした酸が支えます。シャルキュトリーや白身肉のローストとともに。

The beautiful 2020 vintage is full of raspberry, plum, violet, sweet earth tones and licorice aromas. It is medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with supple tannins and lively acidity, making it unusually charming and sensual for a secret cuvée.
