コート・カタランのカリニャンだけで仕立てた赤。深い色合いから、スパイシーなオークの香りと核果類のニュアンスが立ち上がります。味わいはあくまでフレッシュで、素材の質の高さがそのまま現れる造り。ラングドックらしい伸びやかなアロマが前面に出たあと、後味にはハーブや森を思わせる風合いが残ります。土地の力を素直に引き出した、飾らないスタイルの赤です。
