Chateau Trolon Mondo [Jeroboam] 2019 Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé 3L

Château Troplong Mondot 2019 Jéroboam

Tasting note

A deep ruby color fills the glass, and the first aromas you notice are ripe black cherry and plum, followed by gorgeous floral notes of rose and violet, and then spicy nuances of cinnamon and cedar. In the mouth, the rich fruitiness is balanced with a mineral feel and fresh acidity, and the silky, fine tannins leave a pleasant aftertaste. Overall, it has a well-balanced structure, and its appeal increases with time.

Food pairing

Grilled red meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses
