メルロ89%を主体とする2016年。深みのあるルビーレッドの外観から、ブラックチェリーやカシスの熟した果実に、ほのかなスパイス、タバコ、湿った森のニュアンスが複雑に広がります。力強くも滑らかなタンニンが骨格を支え、豊かな果実味と酸が見事に釣り合います。中盤から余韻にかけては樽香とミネラル感が上品に溶け込み、エレガンスを際立たせます。赤身肉のグリルやジビエとともに。

Tasting note
Its deep ruby red color is evident. The aroma is complex, with notes of ripe black cherry and cassis, along with subtle spices, tobacco, and nuances of damp forest. On the palate, the powerful yet smooth tannins provide a firm structure, with a superb balance of rich fruit and acidity. From the mid-palate to the finish, subtle oak aromas and minerality blend elegantly, and the long, lingering finish accentuates its elegance. This wine has excellent aging potential, and will gain even more depth over the next 10 to 20 years.
