ルナロンガという名は、月を意味するlunaと、ヴェネト方言で長いを意味するlongaの組み合わせ。農における月の満ち欠けへの敬意と、セラーで時間を要するワインの自然な歩みへの敬意が込められています。ガルガネーガにトレッビアーノ・ディ・ソアーヴェを重ね、ストローイエローの色調に桃とサンザシの花の香り。塩気が緊張感を与え、長くエレガントな余韻が続きます。トリュフのリゾットや熟成チーズと。
