耕作放棄され消滅の危機に瀕していたバニョス・デ・エブロの畑を、アルトゥーロの手で復活させたキュヴェです。海抜530メートルの畑に育つテンプラニーリョを主体に、グラシアーノ、ガルナッチャ、パロミノ・フィノを加えています。熟した黒い果実の力強い香りに、ほのかな土っぽさと甘草、スパイスが重なります。口中は心地よいボリュームで、よく溶け込んだタンニンが長い余韻へ。熟成チーズや赤身肉、ジビエと。

Tasting note

A very distinctive red wine. The nose has powerful aromas of ripe black fruit, with a hint of earthiness, as well as licorice and spice. In the mouth, it has a pleasant volume, with slightly smooth and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and persistent. It has an elegant, fruity and spicy taste.
