Château Petit-Village 2019 Pomerol

Tasting note

The aroma of ripe black cherry and plum is layered with nuances of violet, sandalwood, and smoky oak. On the palate, silky tannins and rich fruitiness spread, with hints of black pepper and cocoa leading to a long aftertaste. A wine that combines power and delicacy, exuding the elegance typical of Pomerol. It can be enjoyed now, but will gain even more complexity with a few years of aging.

Rossini-style beef fillet, roast duck with berry sauce, herb-breaded rack of lamb
