非常に暑く乾燥した夏を経て、偉大な2005年と同じく早めの成熟を迎えた2018年。アントシアニンの豊富さとタンニンの早期成熟に恵まれた年です。濃いガーネット色を持ち、香りは精緻で繊細。新鮮な果実や小さな黒い果実、スパイスのノートが感じられます。口当たりはなめらかで食欲をそそり、しっかりとしたタンニンのパワーが全体を支えます。長期熟成を見据えつつ、若いうちから品格を保つ一本です。

Tasting note

Deep garnet color. The nose is refined and delicate, offering notes of fresh fruit, small black fruits, and spice. The palate is smooth and appetizing, with firm tannic power. The body is silky smooth and composed of elegant tannins. The structure supports the flavor, allowing it to evolve over time. The finish is delicious, full-bodied, fleshy, and harmonious. Very rich and distinctive in style, this wine is built for long-term aging, yet retains elegance and dignity even in its youth.

Winemaking & technical data

The old Merlot vines were harvested on 24th and 25th September, and the Cabernet Sauvignon from 3rd to 10th October.
