Myrs

Tasting note

Deep ruby red. The aroma that rises from the glass is a subtle blend of black currant and dark cherry fruit, layered with bay laurel, dried herbs, black pepper, and graphite-like minerality from the schist soil. The mouth is dominated by dense fruit, but without excessive volume, and the taut acidity and fine-grained tannins form the backbone. The oak is subtle, with a long finish that offers complexity of earth and spice, as well as salty minerality. The structure becomes even more refined with age.
