Pinot Noir 2025 Domaine Guillot-Broux

Pinot Noir 2025

Languedoc grapes, made in Burgundy.

Born in 2021, when frost destroyed 70% of the crop and no grapes could be found in Burgundy. To keep its barrels in use, the domaine partnered with Nicolas de Saint-Exupéry's estate to vinify Pinot Noir from the limestone soils of La Clape, near Narbonne. Whole-cluster maceration, 6 months in oak and 3 months in tank. Juicy cherry and raspberry with whole-cluster spice; limestone minerality and fresh acidity frame the generous southern fruit.
