To keep its barrels in use, the domaine crossed the region's borders and, in partnership with Nicolas de Saint-Exupéry's estate, vinified Pinot Noir grown on the limestone soils of La Clape, near Narbonne. Whole-cluster maceration, then 6 months in oak and 3 months in tank.
