Rosé Premier Cru

Red wine raised in oak, a rosé made for the table.

60% Chardonnay layered with 40% Pinot Noir, 12% of it vinified as red wine and aged a year in oak. Salmon pink with copper glints and silky bubbles; concentrated cherry and strawberry meet bark, ripe fruit and mandarin. Harmonious and unctuous on the palate, with a delicate salinity beneath and toasted notes on the finish. Serve with gravlax of salmon or a chocolate dessert.

Tasting note

Appearance: A salmon pink robe with copper glints, sublimated by silky bubbles. Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry unfold, mingled with subtle notes of bark, ripe fruit and mandarin. Palate: Harmonious and unctuous, with subtle saline notes. The cuvée reveals a magnificent fruity richness dominated by red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, heightened on the finish by toasted notes.
