Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru

Four villages of chalk, one Blanc de Blancs.

A Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnay alone, drawn from four villages of the Côte des Blancs. Radiant gold with a fine bead; aromas of white fruits, citrus and white flowers layered with brioche and exotic notes. A beautiful roundness and creamy mouthfeel hold freshness and elegance together, with finesse revealed sip by sip. More than six years on the lees bring a long, complex finish. Serve with veal tartare or roasted langoustines.
