遅摘みミュスカが纏う、はちみつの甘さ。
礫や粘土、シルト質の砂土が育てた有機栽培のミュスカを遅摘みし、甘美な味わいへと導いた甘口の白です。グラスに注いだ瞬間、オレンジの花やアカシア、白桃やアプリコット、はちみつとマジパンの香りが広がり、やがてジャスミンやライチのニュアンスも顔を覗かせます。シルクのように滑らかな口当たりをフレッシュな酸が支え、重たさを残しません。クレームブリュレやガレット・デ・ロワとともに。

Tasting note
The moment it is poured into the glass, the aromas of orange blossom, acacia, white peach, apricot, honey and marzipan spread, while exotic notes of jasmine and lychee emerge over time. The taste is silky smooth, with a mellow sweetness and fresh acidity that maintains a beautiful balance, without ever feeling heavy. Along with the concentrated fruitiness, the finish is faintly elegant with spices and citrus peel, making it an intoxicating wine with a long aftertaste.
