Laetificat 2019 Château Marco

Laetificat 2019

Winemaking & technical data

The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September and carefully sorted in the field. To keep the grapes fresh, they are harvested in the morning.

The juice is directly pressed and cold-set and then packed into old barrels, allowing it to mature for 10 months, but the use of barrels is sparing. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.

Only a small amount of SO2 is added during bottling (total SO2 content: 40mg/L or less).
