MAJは、生産者ジル・パラタンの3人の孫、マルタン、アドリアン、ジョセフの頭文字。サンソーにムールヴェードルを重ねた、優美な余韻の赤です。ルビーの色調から、熟したチェリーやつぶしたイチゴ、甘いスパイス、上質な木の軽いニュアンス、繊細な花の香りが調和して立ち上がります。口当たりは豊かで、繊細なタンニンに支えられたバランスの良い味わい。ローストチキンや豚肉のソテー ベリーソースとともに。
